AGM Information
The Initial Notice of the 2025 AGM (11th and virtual) was issued on the 15th July 2025. The formal AGM Notification including Agenda, papers and voting instructions was issued 13 August 2025 and is available at right.
The 2024 AGM (10th and virtual) voting period took place 1st - 21st September 2024 and was conducted as an online ballot, as has been used successfully in the past, so that as many members as possible were able to be involved. The relevant papers and ballot result can be downloaded from right.
(All Committee members require to be re-elected each year, although many may be eligible for re-election. The limits to terms of office are stated in our Constitution.)
