There are current reports on BBC News, and others, that a data breach has resulted from a cyberattack on the Robert Burns Ellisland Trust farm charity and specifically on software used by the Trust and provided by Beacon CRM. On checking it is apparent there is no evidence that the Beacon software used by the u3a is connected with Beacon CRM or that there are any issues associated with the u3a software.
