The Whist group got off to a super start in April. Lots of us had not played for years, but between the numbers there we were able to get games up and running and a lot of fun was had, and there was even time for some banter.
The Burnbrae in Milngavie is a good venue for playing; quiet with plenty of room, all for the price of a cup of tea or coffee.
As the weather has generally improved the group has now decided to move to a monthly basis for the duration of the summer, but if anyone is interested in coming along and playing a game of Whist, whether you have previous experience or not, you are more than welcome to come and join the Group on the third Monday of each month at 15:30 at the Burnbrae Inn, Milngavie Road, Milngavie G61 3DQ.

21st September.
