The AGM Notice for YOUR AGM will be issued 21 July 2026 and, as outlined in the Newsletter, proposed motions and feedback will be sought from the Members.

The u3a is a self-help organisation; it does not run by itself and nor is it a service provided by a few for the members. It is expected that members will assist and take a small part in the running as Convenors, Deputy Convenors, Committee and sub-committee members, and generally assist with meetings when tables and chairs are being laid out and put away. The 2026 AGM is almost upon us so ask yourself:

What can YOU do for YOUR u3a.

Every little helps in the running of Bearsden & Milngavie u3a.

From deputy Convenors learning there is not a great deal to it to sub-committee members being asked to carry out a simple research task; nothing more and no need to attend Committee meetings.

Helping out makes everything run just that little bit smoother.

It all makes those monthly meetings even more enjoyable and worthwhile.
